Delicious, appetizing and very nutritious dish! The pork meat turns out to be incredibly tender and soft, and the tomato paste gravy is amazingly juicy. Real jam!

Peel the onions and carrots. We wash the carrots and rub them on a coarse grater, and the onions can be cut into half rings or small cubes.

Wash the pork, dry it with paper towels and cut into pieces of about 2 * 3 cm.

Fry pork and vegetables in heated vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add water, flour and tomato paste and vegetables. Salt and season the dish. Bring it to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer the goulash for about 40 minutes, also stirring occasionally.
