Cut the pork into pieces of a rather large size (about 2 * 3 cm).

Fry pork in vegetable oil in a cauldron for 7-10 minutes.

Peel the onions and carrots.

Cut the onion into half rings or cubes, and grate the carrots.
step 5 out of 7
Add them to the cauldron, mix and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Salt and season the dish, add tomato paste, flour and water.

Bring the water to a boil and simmer under a lid over medium heat for 40 minutes. In 10 minutes. add sour cream and chopped greens until tender.
