Pork goulash in a Redmond slow cooker

Traditionally, goulash is considered to be meat stewed in gravy. It is usually prepared from beef or pork; you can diversify it with vegetables. And of course this delicious dish can be prepared in the Redmond multicooker.

Wash the pork and cut into small pieces. Pour some sunflower oil into the multicooker bowl and put the meat in it.

Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots. Add vegetables to the bowl to the meat. Close the lid of the multicooker and set the "Fry" mode for 20 minutes.

After the beep, add water and bay leaf to the meat, salt and season to taste. Dissolve the flour in water and add to the bowl, mix gently with a silicone spatula. Select the "Extinguish" mode and set the timer for 1 hour.
