A tasty and satisfying dish can be prepared with pork. It has Hungarian roots. And according to this recipe, the meat must be stewed in a sauce, sometimes with the addition of vegetables. We offer to stew meat in sour cream sauce.

Wash the meat and cut into pieces 1-1.5 centimeters thick.

Melt a little butter in a frying pan and fry the meat in it until golden brown, at the end add salt and season to taste. Transfer the meat to a saucepan.

Pour water into the pan where the meat was fried, add sour cream, stir and bring the gravy to a boil, salt and season to taste. In a separate container, combine the flour with a little water, then add this mixture to the gravy. Stir the gravy well, add the remaining butter and bay leaves, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the gravy into the saucepan for the meat. Put the saucepan on low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Goulash is ready, you can serve it on the table.
