We wash the pork tenderloins, remove the foil and let them dry. We cut the cuttings into pieces of a rather large size (2 * 3 cm).

Peel the onion and cut it into half rings.

Preheat a frying pan greased with vegetable oil. We spread the pieces of pork tenderloin and fry for 5-7 minutes, then add the onion, salt and season. Fry for another 5 minutes.

Now add flour, tomato paste and a glass of water, bring it to a boil and continue simmering the goulash over low heat for 40 minutes.
