Veal goulash with gravy

Veal goulash is especially tender in taste. A fragrant thick gravy is another reason to prepare a dish for a family dinner. Hot can be served with potatoes or other garnish to taste.

Cut fresh veal into small pieces. Peel the carrots and cut into thin slices.
