Chicken stomach goulash with gravy

Delicious and healthy goulash is obtained from offal. Due to the fact that the stomachs are stewed in gravy until cooked, they turn out to be very soft. Such a dish can be safely included even in a children's diet.

Peel chicken stomachs, wash and cut into several pieces. Cook them until soft.

Peel the onion, cut into thin feathers and sauté in sunflower oil.

Peel the garlic, pass it through a press or chop finely. Add boiled stomachs, garlic and pepper to a frying pan to fried onions. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Wash the bell peppers, peel and chop. Add bell peppers and tomato paste to the stomachs, stir, simmer for 10 minutes.
