Goulash with rice

Goulash with rice is a delicious and appetizing dish for the whole family. The goulash turns out to be very satisfying and nutritious and is perfect as a first meal for lunch. It's not for nothing that in Hungary it is considered a soup! Households will definitely like such a delicacy!

Rinse the chicken fillet and cut it into medium-sized cubes.

Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Peel and rub the carrots with a coarse grater.

Fry onions and carrots in heated vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes. Then add the chicken and half of the broth to the vegetables. Simmer for half an hour, stirring occasionally.

Rinse the rice and add it to the pan and pour in the rest of the broth. Salt and add black pepper. Simmer for another 20 minutes. over moderate heat.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into several pieces. Add them to goulash in 10 minutes. until ready. Add sour cream to the finished dish.
