Goose with prunes in foil in the oven

Goose baked with prunes in foil is an incredibly tasty dish, very juicy and appetizing. Meat cooked in this way turns out to be especially soft and juicy, and prunes give a special flavor. Real jam!

Wash the goose, clean it from excess fat and remaining feathers.

Rub the goose with salt and then black pepper and leave it in the refrigerator for 5 hours to soak.

Pour the prunes with cognac. We leave it for 30 minutes, and then drain the cognac.

We chop the goose with prunes, sew up the carcass and fasten it with toothpicks. Transfer to foil and close it.

We bake at 180 degrees for 3 hours. In 30 min. open the foil to brown the top of the goose.
