Oven baked goose with buckwheat and prunes

Goose with buckwheat and prunes is a truly royal dish. Very tasty, aromatic and tender, it is a pleasure to cook it. And your guests will appreciate your culinary endeavors!

We wash the goose carcass, cut out the tail and rub it with salt, pepper and adjika.

Boil buckwheat in salted water until half cooked, then drain the water.

We wash the prunes, fill with hot water and leave for a couple of minutes to soften. We drain the water and cut the prunes into pieces.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until it becomes soft and ruddy.

Now we combine buckwheat, onion and prunes and chop the goose carcass with them. We connect it with threads and a toothpick. Transfer to a baking sleeve and bake for 3 hours at 180 degrees.
