For a festive table, you are invited to bake a goose in the oven, stuffing it with prunes and a small amount of apples, because these fruits go well with baked goose meat and make it juicy. The goose is baked on a baking sheet and without wrapping in a sleeve or foil so that the poultry carcass is covered with a crispy crust. Goose with prunes can be served as a separate dish and can be supplemented with potatoes.

Put the prepared (peeled and washed) goose carcass on a baking sheet, rub with salt and honey and stuff with fruit filling. We sew up the walls of the abdomen or fasten them with wooden sticks (toothpicks). On the goose carcass, in the brisket area, we make several deep cuts so that the meat is saturated with juice.
