Goose with rice and prunes is an amazing dish that can be pampered by guests or your family. The meat turns out to be incredibly tender and soft, and the rice and prunes are juicy and appetizing! Real jam!

We send the rice to boiling salted water and boil until half cooked. We drain the water.

Pour the prunes with boiling water and let it soften for 15-20 minutes. We drain the water and cut the prunes into pieces.

Mix salt, ground black pepper, dry meat spices and vegetable oil.

We wash the goose, cut out the tail and rub the goose with the prepared mixture. We send it to the refrigerator to soak for 3 hours.

Chop the goose with rice and prunes, wrap it in foil, or you can use a baking sleeve. We send to the oven for 3 hours and bake at 180 degrees. In 30 min. open the foil or sleeve to brown the top of the meat.
