A very juicy, hearty and simply beautiful dish. Due to the fact that we cut the goose in pieces, the cooking time is reduced significantly - one hour of baking will be enough. Apples, prunes and carrots go very well with ruddy goose meat - both in terms of taste and visual characteristics. In addition to this dish, you can serve boiled potatoes.

We wash and dry the pieces of goose. If there is excess fat, it is best to cut it off. However, it is not worth completely removing the fatty areas, since the melted fat gives juiciness and richness to the meat. Sprinkle the slices with salt, black pepper and turmeric. Rub the spices with our hands over the surface of the pieces.
