A very juicy, hearty and simply beautiful dish. Due to the fact that we cut the goose in pieces, the cooking time is reduced significantly - one hour of baking will be enough. Apples, prunes and carrots go very well with ruddy goose meat - both in terms of taste and visual characteristics. In addition to this dish, you can serve boiled potatoes.

We wash and dry the pieces of goose. If there is excess fat, it is best to cut it off. However, it is not worth completely removing the fatty areas, since the melted fat gives juiciness and richness to the meat. Sprinkle the slices with salt, black pepper and turmeric. Rub the spices with our hands over the surface of the pieces.

We put the pieces of goose grated with spices into the sleeve.

Wash the apples, dry them, remove the seed pods from them. We wash the carrots, peel the upper skin. Cut the apples and carrots into small pieces.

Pitted prunes are well washed in water, dried on a towel and cut into arbitrary pieces.

Put prepared prunes, apples and carrots with the pieces of goose in the sleeve. We try to arrange them so that they are evenly distributed over the meat. We tie a sleeve on both sides. In the center we make a couple of small punctures for steam to escape.

We put the sleeve in a baking dish and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees on the middle-lower level. We bake for an hour.

We take out the finished goose from the oven. We cut the sleeve, carefully release the steam and open it completely. We transfer the pieces together with the filling from the mold to portioned plates and serve hot.
