Goose with apples and rice in the oven

Fragrant, tender and juicy goose with apples and rice baked in the oven. A delicious dish worthy of a festive table! A real delight!

Wash dried apricots with prunes and pour boiling water so that they soften a little. We drain the water and let them dry.

Now we cut the prunes and dried apricots into small strips.

Rinse the apples and cut them into cubes, removing the core and seeds.

Rinse the rice and cook in salted water for 10 minutes, so that it is firm enough. Drain the water and add the butter to the rice.

Wash the goose and dry it. Lubricate it with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

We mix dried apricots, prunes, apples and rice, stuff the belly of the goose with them and fasten it with a thread and toothpicks.
