Ruddy goose pieces with a crispy crust will delight poultry lovers. Under the appetizing golden skin, there is a very juicy meat that breaks down into fibers and goes well from the bone. In order for the taste of the bird to be saturated, we recommend marinating it for at least a couple of hours - so the meat is fully saturated with a fragrant sauce

Wash the goose carcass in running water, then dry it from excess moisture and cut it into pieces with a sharp knife. If there are areas with excess fat, it is better to cut them off so that the finished dish is not too greasy.

To prepare the marinade, put the sour cream in a bowl. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Add garlic gruel to sour cream. Also add salt, poultry spice mixture and black pepper to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well. The marinade sauce is ready.

Cover each piece of goose with cooked marinade. It is convenient to use a silicone brush for this. We leave the bird for a couple of hours to marinate.

Then put the pieces on a baking sheet and cover with foil with the shiny side inward. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. We put the baking sheet on the middle level and bake the goose for two hours. Half an hour before cooking, remove the foil and brown the skin until golden brown.

We take the finished bird out of the oven, transfer it to a serving dish, decorate with herbs and serve.
