The goose baked in pieces turns out to be very tender and soft. The secret is in the right marinade. We prepare it with the addition of honey and mustard. Poultry is very fond of these ingredients. We suggest baking in a cauldron or any high form - the pieces of goose will release juice, fat and will be completely immersed in this aromatic mixture. The meat will be stewed well and will be juicy.

Wash the goose carcass well, dry it from excess moisture and cut it into pieces.

We wash the apples, dry them and cut them into four parts. Cut out the seed pods and cut each quarter in half again.

Put liquid honey, mustard, mayonnaise in a small bowl. Mix the sauces well until smooth. Add dry spices: black pepper, turmeric, chicken spice mixture and salt to taste. Mix again.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 220 degrees. We put the form on the middle-lower level, close the lid and bake for an hour.
