It is with great desire and pleasure that I want to share my favorite cream, made on the basis of sour cream, with which I often decorate cakes or any other desserts and pastries. The sour cream is thick and keeps its shape remarkably.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make a thick sour cream. Remove the butter from the refrigerator beforehand so that it has time to warm up and soften at room temperature. Then put it in a deep container and, using a mixer, beat well until fluffy and airy.

Gradually add icing sugar to the resulting whipped butter mass, add vanillin and continue whisking at low speed, gradually increasing it.

Then add the required amount of thick fat sour cream and, using a mixer, beat until smooth.

Place the finished cream in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to stabilize and cool well. Use thick sour cream as directed. They can decorate any desserts.
