Here is a simple and very tasty recipe for khachapuri prepared without using kefir. On sour cream, this dish turns out to be no less appetizing and aromatic. Do not hesitate, cook khachapuri according to this recipe - you will see how this dish will impress with its taste.

Pour the sifted wheat flour into a convenient container, then add the egg white to it.

After that, knead the dough with your hands until it stops sticking to your palms. As a result, the dough will turn out to be quite soft. Then we put the finished dough into a bag and leave it aside for 30 minutes.
