Lavash khachapuri

Thin Armenian lavash bread is tasty on its own, but it will be even tastier if you wrap the curd-cheese filling with fresh herbs in it and fry in hot oil, rolling the khachapuri into envelopes like our pancakes. This version of khachapuri is very economical and fast, it does not require complex manipulations with the preparation of the dough, like a recipe for classic khachapuri, any housewife can handle it. Add spices and garlic to the filling according to your taste, but you can limit yourself to just one curd cheese.

In a bowl, mash cottage cheese with a fork, add grated cheese to it, stir.

Add chicken eggs to the filling.

Finely chop any fresh herbs, add garlic, salt, any spices and seasonings there, stir the filling.

Cut the lavash into squares about 15x15 cm in size. Make sure that your lavash is fresh, otherwise it will break, which is completely unnecessary. Place some filling in the center of each square.
