Georgian kubdari pie is made from yeast dough stuffed with minced meat. The main difficulty is that the pieces of meat do not break through the dough when rolling.

Mix yeast with sugar and a teaspoon of flour, cover with warm water, stir and leave warm for 15-20 minutes. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, add the foaming yeast to them and knead the dough. Pour in the butter and knead the dough again. Cover the bowl of dough with a clean towel or cling film and store in a warm place for an hour.
For rolling, prepare a work surface, sprinkle it with flour. Divide the dough into 5-6 parts, knead each piece by hand into a flat cake. Put the filling in the middle of the cake, gather the ends of the dough in the center and fasten the edges well. Knead each "kolobok" with the filling with your hands or roll it out with a rolling pin until it becomes a thick cake, do it carefully so that the filling does not break the dough. On each cake, make a hole in the middle or poke a fork in several places.
