Khachapuri with yeast dough

Lush tortillas stuffed with cheese, or khachapuri, are cooked in the oven. To obtain a golden crust, grease the dough with a beaten egg. It is better to eat khachapuri warm, as long as the filling remains soft and viscous.

Dilute milk with water, heat this mixture on the stove or in the microwave. Add sugar, a tablespoon of flour and yeast, mix, leave the dough for 15-25 minutes.

Add 2 eggs and melted butter to the dough, stir until smooth.

Then add the sifted flour and salt, knead the dough. Cover the bowl of dough with a clean towel and let sit for 1.5 hours. During this time, the dough should rise well.
