There is no milk in the recipe .. How much to add is not clear .. 100 ml of yogurt per 500 g of flour the dough is too steep, not soft and not elastic, as stated in the recipe. How wide should the burrito be?

Natalya, there was a mistake in the recipe, we corrected it, milk is not necessary, since we use yogurt, the proportions of 200-250 g are optimal, the diameter of the rolling is a little less or more, see for yourself - it does not matter, the main thing is not a ball.
