Adjarian khachapuri with cottage cheese

I want to offer a simple and very tasty Adjarian khachapuri recipe with cottage cheese. The dish turns out to be hearty and aromatic. Great option for breakfast or tea. Juicy tender filling goes well with light airy dough. Such khachapuri can be prepared from ready-made dough.

Prepare the required ingredients for the dough.

Sift the required amount of wheat flour into a deep container, add dry yeast, salt and granulated sugar.

Mix thoroughly. Warm drinking water slightly and pour into a bowl, add sour cream and vegetable oil.

In the meantime, prepare the filling. Put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and mash with a fork. Peel the processed cheese and grate it on a coarse grater. Pour over the curd and add the required amount of mayonnaise.
