Prepare the required ingredients for the dough. Put cottage cheese in a deep container and rub with a fork. Melt the butter in a water bath or in a microwave oven, add to the curd. Break a chicken egg, add salt and granulated sugar. Mix well. Sift the required amount of wheat flour gradually. Roll the dough into a ball.
