Cheese cakes or Georgian khachapuri are prepared on yeast, lean dough or yogurt dough. You can put various types of cheese as a filling and independently adjust its amount, the more filling, the juicier they will be.

Cut the cheese into strips, if it is very salty, put it in an enamel bowl, cover with cold water and cover, leave for several hours. Then drain the water, squeeze the cheese, add two eggs to it and mash the cheese well.
