Khachapuri in Gurian style

Gurian khachapuri is one of the traditional varieties of khachapuri. This crescent-shaped Georgian pastry is made with the addition of eggs. Gurian-style khachapuri will adorn any table and will delight guests and households with tenderness, cheese juiciness and viscosity.

Sift the flour, pour it into a deep bowl, make a hole in the flour. Pour milk into the flour and break 2 eggs. Also add melted butter, salt and sugar. Knead the dough. Leave the finished dough to rise for half an hour.
