Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We need a little warm water, but not hot. Pour water into a bowl, add fresh yeast, sugar and salt. Sift 300 grams of flour into a bowl and add sunflower oil. Mix everything well with a silicone spatula.
step 2 out of 7
Next, add the remaining flour and knead the dough with your hands. We form a ball out of the dough, cover the bowl with a towel and put in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume.
step 3 out of 7
Cooking the filling: rub the Adyghe cheese on a coarse grater, add salt and chopped green dill. Next, add the egg and 2 teaspoons of flour to the filling. Mix everything well.
step 4 out of 7
We spread the dough that has come up on the work surface, sprinkle it with flour, and divide it into two parts. Roll out the dough into a flat cake, about 1 cm thick. We also divide the filling into two parts. Form a ball from the filling and place it in the center of the cake.
step 5 out of 7
Gather the edges of the cake in the center above the filling and pinch it well. Then we turn the cake over and gently roll it out.
step 6 out of 7
The thickness of the cake should be 1-1.5 cm. In the center we make a small hole and carefully transfer our cake to a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We put the khachapuri to bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes. When ready, remove the khachapuri from the oven and grease with butter.
step 7 out of 7
Serve warm khachapuri on the table. Bon Appetit!
