This recipe invites you to cook this delicious hot suluguni cheese pie in the oven. It is prepared from unleavened dough mixed only with wheat flour, water and salt. Khachapuri dough can be kneaded in advance and stored in the freezer. You can add cheeses of other varieties to the filling for suluguni cheese.
