Khachapuri with cheese and egg

This is a recipe for very quick and mouth-watering khachapuri that is easy to cook in a couple of minutes in a pan. They are a great substitute for regular bread. Khachapuri can be served with tea or coffee, or as an addition to a soup or meat dish.

In a deep container, mix kefir with flour and salt with sugar. Knead the elastic dough.

Mix cheese, egg, herbs and garlic with mayonnaise.

Advice: to make the khachapuri even tastier, grease it with butter.
