Khachapuri with cottage cheese

A simple version of khachapuri with a lot of cottage cheese and herbs. They turn out to be very juicy and a little crumbly, they can be served with a salad of fresh vegetables.

Mash the cottage cheese with your hands, add melted butter, egg, sugar, flour to it, replace the dough from these ingredients. The dough should be elastic and should not stick to your hands.
