Khachapuri with cottage cheese in the oven

In this recipe, you are invited to deviate a little from the classics and cook khachapuri with cottage cheese. This delicate cake with a creamy taste in combination with a viscous curd and cheese filling will delight your whole family. Knead the dough with yogurt or kefir. We bake the khachapuri in the oven, and you can add a little semi-hard cheese to the filling.

First, knead the khachapuri dough. Use your hands or a food processor with a dough attachment to knead. Break an egg into the bowl of the food processor, add a piece of butter, pour in slightly warmed yogurt or kefir and mix everything.

Pour flour sifted on a sieve into a bowl and mix it with salt and soda. Then gradually add flour to the bowl of the food processor and knead the dough.
