Khachapuri with egg look original and appetizing, although it is very simple to prepare. They can be served with chicken or meat broth.

Sift flour, add yeast, salt and sugar, stir, then pour in warm water. Knead hard dough. Stir in the sunflower oil into the dough.

Leave the dough in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

Prepare the filling. Grate two types of cheese, add cream to them and knead with your hands until smooth. Add flour, chopped herbs, salt to taste and stir again.

Divide the dough into two equal parts. Roll each piece into a thin cake, put the filling on the center, wrap the edges of the dough so that you get a blank that resembles a boat. Brush the dough with a beaten egg.

Place the khachapuri baking sheet in the oven. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
