It does not take much time to cook. The main condition is the presence of pita and cheese with cottage cheese. In a matter of minutes, these simple products can be used to make delicious, hearty pastries that will leave no one indifferent.

To prepare khachapuri, we immediately prepare pita. To do this, you need to cut it along the edge and open it. We will put the filling into the resulting "pocket". Do not make the incision too large so that the filling does not fall out raw and spill out during cooking.

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and rub it a little with a spoon. It is important to note that fatty crumbly cottage cheese is best suited for such khachapuri. Rub the hard cheese on a coarse grater and add it to the curd. Mix the components until smooth. If you wish, you can additionally salt the mixture, but do not forget that the cheese is already salty.

We lay out the prepared filling in pits, dividing the total amount of filling into equal four parts. With softened butter (2 tablespoons) grease the pitas on all sides, put on a flat dish and place in the microwave. We cook at maximum power for 1.5 - 2 minutes. The cooking time may take a little more or less depending on the microwave power. For ready-made khachapuri, the filling should completely melt. We take the hot khachapuri out of the microwave and grease it again with the remaining butter on all sides. Serve immediately after cooking, while they are hot and juicy.
