Incredibly quick recipe for khachapuri. You just need to mix the ingredients for the dough, and pour the resulting mixture into a hot frying pan. Fried until golden brown, khachapuri turns out to be tender and juicy, the cheese inside stretches and forms a special mobile texture. This is a great option for a hearty, quick and delicious breakfast. If desired, you can add your favorite fresh herbs, pre-chopped with a knife, to the dough - this will make the khachapuri even more aromatic.

Break the egg into a bowl, add a pinch of salt. Pour out the milk and stir everything together with a whisk until smooth. Pour flour and stir again.
