If you are using frozen lamb, wash the meat, put in a deep saucepan. Fill with cold water and let it defrost completely for a while.

Put a saucepan with a thick bottom over moderate heat and heat well, pour in a small amount of vegetable oil. Dry the defrosted meat and place in a saucepan. Peel the onions, rinse and cut into small cubes. Place with the meat and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Peel the carrots with a vegetable peeler, grate on a coarse grater and send to the pan.
