Beef kharcho with walnuts

The classic kharcho soup is made from beef. The broth on this meat turns out to be moderately fatty and very rich, so this dish saturates well, gives strength and satisfies hunger. What you need for a hearty family meal.

Rinse the beef under cold water and cook. Skim off the foam from the broth while cooking.

When the broth boils, add the herbs, pepper mixture and bay leaf. Cook for 40 minutes, then remove the spices and herbs from the broth.

Peel the potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrots.
