Beef kharcho with tomatoes

Transfer the meat to a saucepan with a volume of 2-2.5 liters, fill it with cold water and put on fire. When the broth boils, skim off the foam and reduce heat. When the meat is ready, remove it and strain the broth.

Peel the onion, chop and fry in a pan. When the onion has acquired a golden hue, add the meat to it and fry for another 5-7 minutes. Then add a couple of tablespoons of broth and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes.
