Measure out the required amount of rice, rinse it several times until clear water. Add washed rice to broth, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. Peel the onions and chop finely. Heat the frying pan or stewpan well, add a little vegetable oil, put onions and corn flour, lightly fry.
