With all my heart I want to share a simple, quick and delicious recipe for kharcho made from pork ribs. The soup turns out to be rich and hearty, perfect for lunch on a rainy, cloudy autumn day, it will warm you and give you an unforgettable pleasure.

First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients for making kharcho from pork ribs.

Wash the pork ribs thoroughly in running water, you can also soak them in water overnight.

Place in a deep heavy-bottomed saucepan. Fill with cold water. Put the saucepan on moderate heat and bring to a boil, periodically removing the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. Then reduce the heat and cook the ribs until cooked for 40-50 minutes. The cooking time depends on the number of ribs.
