Georgian kharcho from beef with nuts

Kharcho in Georgian has a bright and rich taste. It is prepared on the basis of rich beef broth and turns out to be very satisfying. Kharcho, like the whole oriental cuisine in general, has its own piquant zest, and nuts give it an exquisite charm.

Wash the meat, cut into small pieces. Place the meat in a saucepan, cover with water, add bay leaves and cook until tender.
