Georgian Kharcho in a multicooker

Correctly - kharcho and kharcho soup are different dishes. Kharcho are pieces of meat in a nut sauce. Kharcho soup is a thick soup made from beef, rice, cherry plum sauce (tklapi, satzabeli, tkemali), nuts and spices. Due to the inability to find all the ingredients, it is allowed to replace such a sauce with tomato paste, and not everyone likes the nut. The slow cooker (simmering program) always helps all the ingredients to reveal their taste and makes the kharcho soup rich and tasty.
