Its deliciousness lies both in the correct set of ingredients, and in the special temperature regime of this device, the tightness of its space, thanks to which all the aromas are preserved in the soup. We take the classic products for kharcho: beef, rice, sour sauce, walnuts and spices.

Then put tomato paste in a bowl, pour pomegranate juice, shift chopped walnuts and rice. Then pour the contents of the bowl with 2 liters of clean water and add laurel leaf, hops-suneli and salt the soup to your liking. Close the lid of the multi-cooker and turn on the "Soup" program. The cooking time for kharcho soup should be 1.5 hours.
