Armenian khashlama chicken

Khashlama in Armenian is a thick soup made from lamb, pork or chicken meat with a lot of vegetables. It should be served hot, generously sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Wash vegetables and herbs. Cut the eggplant into cubes.
