A simple whole grain bread recipe. Taking into account that the kneading and proofing are carried out automatically by the bread maker, the process does not require any effort. The taste of such bread is very pleasant, fragrant, with a light unobtrusive sourness - after all, it contains kefir. After cooling, the loaf is easily cut into slices of the desired thickness - this is an excellent base for sandwiches.

Pour kefir heated to a warm temperature into the bowl of the bread machine. Add odorless vegetable oil.

Sift whole wheat flour and premium flour through a fine sieve and pour over kefir and butter.

We put the bowl with the ingredients in the bread maker, close the lid and choose the main bread baking program, which includes kneading, proofing and baking. We recommend choosing a light crust. For a weight of 750 grams, the device will automatically determine the time for about two and a half hours.

When the program time has come to an end and an audible signal sounds, you can remove the bowl with the finished bread. Gently turn it upside down and take out the loaf. Place the bread on the wire rack so that condensation does not come out and let the product cool completely.
