Bread from corn flour in the Mulinex bread maker

In recipes for making homemade bread, corn flour is used not so often, but in vain. This is because in our culture it is the local wheat and rye flour that is used more often, and corn flour is already considered something exotic. Nevertheless, you should definitely try making the corn version of the bread - it is tasty, unusual and bright. We also recommend adding poppy seeds to the dough - this will emphasize the crumbly texture of the cornbread and add its own interesting nuance.

After all the ingredients are in the bowl, place it in the bread maker and select the white bread mode. We set the weight to 750 grams. Press the "Start" button.
step 9 out of 9
When the program time has elapsed, the bread maker will beep. Carefully take out the bowl of bread and turn it over to remove the finished bread. Place the loaf on the wire rack and let it cool completely.
