For happy owners of a Panasonic bread machine, a recipe for bread with corn flour is offered. The baking process in this model of the bread maker is simple: put all the ingredients in the bowl, turn on the desired program and take out the finished bread. Such bread, although it is more useful and does not stale for several days, has some peculiarities in preparation. Corn flour does not rise well with yeast, so wheat flour is added to it in a ratio of at least 3/2. When baking on the Basic Bread program, a loaf of medium and regular density.
