Bread for 500 grams in the Mulinex bread maker

In general, any recipe for making bread in a bread maker is very simple: we measure out the necessary components, put them in a bowl, install it in the device, close the lid and wait three hours. The difficulty is, perhaps, only in the need to wait and in the search for ingredients, if you decide on any intricate recipe. This bread is one of the simplest, wheat bread, with a minimum set of products. Its zest is in sesame sprinkling: it gives the most pleasant flavoring accent and sets the “mood” to bread. Such pastries are ideal for breakfast coffee and soup for lunch.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We measure out the required amount of water, heat it to a warm temperature and pour it into the bowl. Add vegetable oil. Sift wheat flour of the highest grade through a sieve and pour it over the water with oil. Next, pour salt, granulated sugar and dry yeast into different parts of the bowl. The “manual work” of making the bread is finished, the bread maker will do the rest.
step 2 out of 6
We put the bowl in the appliance, set the weight to 500 grams, select the white bread baking program and set the medium crust. The bread maker determines the baking time, which should be approximately three hours. After the “Start” button is pressed, the dough kneading will begin. You can observe how the mass will be slightly liquid at first.
step 3 out of 6
As you knead, the dough acquires a "body", becomes thicker, and the work of gluten appears.
step 4 out of 6
When the bread maker beeps for the first time, it means that the kneading phase is over. Open the lid immediately, level the dough slightly and sprinkle it with sesame seeds. We close the lid.
step 5 out of 6
Next comes the proofing process, and then baking bread. You cannot open the bread maker anymore - this will disturb the texture and appearance of the product. After the baking time has elapsed, the appliance will beep again - the bread is ready.
step 6 out of 6
We take out the bowl of bread and carefully turn it over to remove it. Put the hot loaf on a wire rack to cool. If you put the bread on a table or cutting board, the flat surface will allow condensation to develop - the crust will become damp. We recommend cutting the bread after cooling, when the crumb becomes more stable.

Bon Appetit!
