There are quite a few people who avoid yeast for a variety of reasons. And this does not mean that you have to give up buns, aromatic bread and other airy baked goods, because all this can be prepared without adding yeast. For example, bread - knead the dough with kefir and soda. This will provide a porous crumb and a familiar bread texture.

Put slightly heated kefir in a bowl. We break an egg into it, add butter, cut into small cubes. Pour in salt and granulated sugar.

Pour pre-sifted wheat flour on top of the indicated ingredients.

Next, add baking soda and baking powder. Place the bowl in the bread maker, close the lid and select the quick bread program. Product weight - 500 g, crust crispness - medium.

When the program time is over, you can remove the baked bread pan from the machine. If in doubt about readiness, pierce a cent of the loaf with a thin wooden stick. If there are traces of wet dough on it, then set an additional baking time and bring the bread to readiness. We remove the finished bread from the bowl by carefully turning it upside down. Place the loaf on the wire rack and let it cool completely.
