On kefir, ready-made bread is always of medium density, rather porous and "springy". The crust turns out to be less golden when compared with yeast bread options on water, but the crumb boasts pronounced pores, which look especially beautiful on the cut of a cooled product.

We put the bowl in the bread maker and select the mode of quick kneading of bread, according to the instructions - depending on the specific model of the device, the name and number of the program will differ. It is important to understand that the kneading should not be more than ten to fifteen minutes, so that carbon dioxide from the reaction of soda and kefir does not have time to leave the dough. After kneading, select the "Quick bread" baking program for a weight of 750 grams. We press "Start".
