Sourdough rye bread is of great value in comparison with wheat bread, moreover, it is good for the body. Modern bread makers have a complete program (kneading, proofing and baking), which makes it possible to prepare such bread.

First, prepare the dough for baking bread. Put a sourdough or sour starter in a bucket of a bread machine, add 100 ml of pure water, 100 g of rye flour and stir a little.

After this time, add all other products in the required amount to the risen dough.

Leave the kneaded dough in the bread maker for another 1 hour to rise and proof again. At this stage, the dough can be transferred to a bag and left in the refrigerator overnight to bake bread in the morning.

Then smooth the dough with your hands so that the bread is even when baking. Remove the stirrer from the bucket. Transfer the dough to a bucket. Set the program "Rye" or "Bread with additives", weight - 750 g, crust color - "medium", time - 1.5 hours. Press the Start / Stop button. After the signal to end the program, transfer the baked sourdough bread to the wire rack, cool and serve.
